The exercising of a break clause and the consequential works on foot that played a significnat role on this project as one of the material conditions of the break was the removal of a link bridge between two buildings and the need for a new sub station.The dilapidations negotiations and all subsequent projects were managed by Scott Murphy to ensure a satisfactory and timely break and the orderly completion of works.
