This development in north Dublin has been the subject of detailed investgations and reporting by Scott Murphy to assist the Board of Directors in their claim against the provider of home insurance.This has included inspections of all 200 units and opening up investigations to identify the source of building defects.It has also included the preparation of a detailed scope of work to allow for remediation of all defetcs to be undertaken.
