City Centre residential scheme

This development in north Dublin has been the subject of detailed investgations and reporting by Scott Murphy to assist the Housing Association who own 60 units in the develoment in their claim against the provider of home insurance.This has included inspections of all 60 units and opening up investigations to identify the source of building defects.It has also included the preparation of a detailed scope of work to allow for remediation of all defects to be undertaken.This included opening up works and specialist water testing of the external cladding and windows.
