Scott Murphy has extensive experience in preparing dilapidations claims on behalf of Landlords as well as defending claims when acting on behalf of Tenants. The lease forms the contractual relationship between Landlord and Tenant and we focus on ensuring that our clients fully utilise the relevant covenants within the lease to their best advantage.
